We spent many years developing properties on a personal level before starting up Bacon Developments in 2023.

Meet Stephen
I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by trade, with 19 years’ experience.
Over the years, I have overseen a large number of projects, varying in size from supermarkets to multi-billion-pound infrastructure.
Meet Anna
I work for the local Housing Trust as Head of Partnership and my areas of expertise include cost reporting and cost planning.
I have 17 years’ experience in the housing industry and am responsible for development management, meeting the housing needs of the wider community.
With our background in contracts and costings, we are able to offer lower risk solutions to our investors and partners.

We are also directors of our sister company, Sears & Bacon Construction Ltd. As the name would suggest, Sears & Bacon Construction is a construction company with an already established team of tradespeople whom we have known and worked alongside for a number of years.
